Now Hiring - Outside Sales Representative in Evansville, WI

1st Ayd, a financially sound, Elgin, Illinois manufacturer/distributor established in 1974 is seeking experienced outside sales representatives. You’ll be selling over 100,000 high repeat industrial maintenance and safety products. You’ll also have pricing authority and some of the lowest costs in the Midwest. 35 of our 100+ person sales force have worked here over 10 years. Over 93% of stocking items are shipped the same day. Over 1,000 items we stock are under our private label. We also self-manufacture over 100 products. Our outside full time sales representatives employed 2 + years had an average income of $102,376 in 2019. While the full-time sales rep employed 2+ years had a median income of $72,605, top rep made $477,000 in commissions and overrides last year. Normal commissions and other incentives total $52,000 to $88,000 for a new recruit who makes our full quotas his/her first 12 months.

All compensation is paid on a W-2, not a 1099 basis. We also offer a 401K plan and health insurance.

The ideal candidates must possess the following:

• Outside sales/cold calling experience
• Ability to make 1000 - 2,400 cold calls in your first year
• Ability to work independently

The successful candidate can achieve:

• 1st year income up to the high 80’s (Much higher possible if you are legally able to bring an existing account base from a competitor).
• 2nd year income up to low $100,000 (second year record is $132,000 for a current sales rep who never worked with a competitor).
• Option to earn extra income by becoming a Sales Manager.
